Title: JRemote and Cell

I thought I found an answer to this before but, can't find it.  Playing from Iphone when on the Wifi Network at home it works fine.  I leave the house and it can't connect to the computer.  Only change is I upgraded fro Ver 26 to 31.
Where do I start?
