I wrote a little while ago about not being able to delete With J. Rivers Media Center using a Windows 2003 Machine and using a T10 MP3 player. I didn't get any replies. Instead of trying to fix the issue maybe I can find a way to get around it.
I think I am just going to delete from the Windows Explorer all the music I don't want on the T10 MP3 player. Is there a way I can tell J. Rivers Media Center to recheck the device without having to shut down the program and reopen it? I'm looking for a button or maybe a menu option that would help.

You may be able to "Recheck Sync" to analyze the device.
But I wish I knew why it won't delete. Is it WMDM or drive-based? Is there anything funky about the file system, like files marked as protected, read-only, etc?
