It seems like anything that is put into the "Publisher" field in MC is showing up in the "Producer" field in the tag info?
Here is the Mediainfo for which I put "A&M Records" into the publisher field in MC.

MC maps the database field "Publisher" to the FLAC file tag "Organization". The displayed name of this tag may vary in different programs.
