Title: True Black Screensaver and LCD Displays
Post by: Bioman on January 25, 2012, 03:27:13 am
I have a Dell flat panel LCD monitor.  I prefer to listen to music in the dark.  All of the black screensavers I have been able to find to date are not totally black (the screen has a low level glow that is irritating).  Anyone know of a true black screensaver or is this simply an issue with all LCD flat panel monitors.  I have tried to turn down the brightness and all other monitor adjustments but it makes no difference. :(

How about setting your monitor to turn off after a few minutes of inactivity?
