Title: XP reinstall - how do I take MC with me?
Post by: okvaal on March 04, 2007, 04:11:59 am
I couldn't find an answer to this by browsing faqs or forums (strange), so here I go:
I have to reinstall XP Home SP2, and want to know where I can find info on how to reinstall XP, and which files/folders I should copy and reinstall. I do have an .exe-file called MediaCenter 11.exe, a 12000 kb large programfile dated 2005.07.20 and also my license code. Will this be enough for the reinstall of MC? If so, I guess all I will need are the tags, column sorting, playlists and so on, which are where . . .
Any help and/or hints are much appreciated.

(Blushing) Thanks. I didn't actually browse through the headers, I just used the Search function, and obviously didn't include the right word(s). Thanks again.

no worries.
Good luck with the re-install.
