Title: 4k HEVC lag in jriver/madvr but not with MPC-BE/madvr

I have a i7-4790 with a radeon 7970. I do not have a config that decodes the hardware HEVC. I wonder why when I use JRiver with Madvr for 4k video playback I have lags in some places but not with MPC-BE with madvr. Maybe this is the codec used!?! MPC-BE use MPC video decoder.  Thanks !
