Title: "Library Server Could Not be Registered with JRiver"

I am trying to connect a new Ayon S3 Streamer to my media network (PC/JRiver) but I get a dialogue box that states the above. It also says I need an internet connection and it can not block outgoing http from Media Center. My internet connection is working properly. Any suggesstions please? THANK YOU.
