Title: MC 21 Plays a Black Screen for MP4 files Created with My New Dashcam

Using my Windows Vista SP2 desktop, MC21 can correctly play MP4 videos that I downloaded over the last 3 years, but only presents a black screen with audio when I play MP4 files that my new VIOFO A119 dashcam created. The A119 MP4 files play normally when I play them on my Windows 7 laptop.

I think this is some kind of configuration problem but I thought I'd ask here to see if anybody else has heard of this problem and if they have, what was the fix?
