I bought a ZW37 from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Control-Outlets-SmartThings-devices-Inovelli/dp/B01K6J1Y1I) for about $40. It has two outlets so it's a good solution for a pair of lamps.
It's similar to the power strips in that it has a master switch and two outlet switches. You can turn on everything or just a single switch, using Engen.
When I plugged it in and tried to pair it with Engen, I had a little trouble. When all else fails, read the instructions... The switch requires you to push the little button 3-5 times in less than 3 seconds to put it in a pairing mode. It paired successfully then.
After it was working, I renamed it, using the web app. This confused something, and it wouldn't work until I rebooted the Id. Now it's working.
It's a nice size, and when it's plugged in, it leaves the other outlet on a duplex receptacle open so it can be used with other devices.
I'll report back when I've used it more. So far, I like it.
