Title: JRiver MC20 For Mac -> After upgrade to macOS Sierra, CD Ripping does not work
Post by: finzic on November 13, 2016, 10:31:16 am
Hi all,
I purchased the master license for JRiver and currently I am using MC 20.0.126 on my macbook pro 15" (it is a 'late 2011" mac).
Recently I upgraded my mac to macOS Sierra and now that I am  trying to Rip CDs, when I insert a CD just nothing happens. Neither iTunes opens nor JRiver does anything. I checked my settings and I set action to "do nothing" when I insert a new CD.
If I open JRiver MC 20 and select 'Rip Disc' simply nothing happens as though no disc was inserted.
If I run iTunes 12.5.3.17 it works fine and recognises my CD, but JRiver does not.
Shall I upgrade to the latest MC20 build?
Is MC20 fully compatible with macOS Sierra?
Thanks in advance,
Luca.
