Title: Media Network Don't Covert Audio Not Working
Post by: herebedragons69 on October 14, 2017, 08:01:09 pm
Hi JRiver,

I love my media Center. Thank you for being awesome.

Under "Options" -> "Media Network" -> "Audio Conversion" -> "Conversion" I have the option selected: "Don't Convert Audio".

However, Audio is being converted. When I use my remote to check the info on the file that is playing on my Samsung TV, the file size is only around 6mb where it should be closer to 20mb for a FLAC file.

I was previously a Windows | MC user and in that incarnation, files were not being converted, on the same TV.

I'll keep playing with the settings to see if I'm missing something.

Best. x

I think I just fixed it by also going to: "Media Network" -> "Add or configure DLNA" -> "Audio" -> "Mode: Original".

File size on Samsung is now over 40mb.

That's it?
