Title: W10 Windows Icon not responding

I have a problem with the Windows icon on the lower left of the screen not responding to a left click.  I am trying to isolate the issue because it is not consistent.  One possible source is MC21.  Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks for the info.  Did not know the history of the issue.
