Title: Can I import and /or export playlists from/to Spotify?

Can I do this from Spotify?

I dont really use Spotify much but people that I know seem to use and send me playlists.  Can I import the tracks from Spotify into my MC and if so how do I do this please?

Also can I do it the other way around , so I prepare a playlist in MC and then export it into Spotify?

The way I do it: through https://soundiiz.com/
- export the playlist from MC
- let Soundiiz convert that to a YouTube-, Deezer-, Spotify- or whatever playlist.

I use the free version. Handicap there: playlists cannot be bigger than 100 items. I get by this by cutting my bigger playlists with NotePad in portions of 100; import them in for instance Spotify and bring them together within Spotify.
