Hi, my audio is slow. Maybe I can check something? Gentoo Linux. YouTube in Firefox is ok.

Did you by chance enable the tempo and pitch DSP block in DSP studio? That could cause that issue.
-
Thank for help, I checked tempo and pitch - they are 0, when I move them - it changes the timing, so looks like a software defect :(
-
What is your selected MC audio output device and what is the device that you are trying to play to?
-
This is what we have.
Recently we bought subscription for JRiver 31.
On Windows on the same machine is plays good, but on Linux - slow :(
Update: "SOLVED" by setting Rate to 1x... Looks like this is something invalid?
-
It could be a Gentoo issue. JRiver only officially supports Debian, running it on other distros like Gentoo aren't officially supported. You might try Debian to see if you can reproduce the issue there, if not it's likely a Gentoo thing unfortunately but it's hard to say.
What I can say though is that I haven't encountered any issue like this on any distro I use (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch Linux).
-
Also, what output device are you using in MC's settings?
-
Thanks for help, looks like our sound card is slow for super audio CD - we set another Audio Device - and now it works as expected, with Rate 1x.
SOLVED.
