Hello,
I recently downloaded MC 24.0.45 - 64 bit two days ago on a Dell XPS 15. When i rip CDs the program sometimes freezes when "Analyzing Optical Disc." I also get a message that reads "Failed to connect to YADB Server." The message does read "YADB" and not "YABB"
I have used MC21 for several years and have noticed a big difference in performance. For example, when I try to rip a second disc the track and title information for the previous CD is listed. For example, if I first rip a Mozart CD and then try to rip a Beethoven CD all the track listings for what should be Beethoven are the previous tracks and CD information on the previous Mozart CD.
MC 24 freezes and runs very slowly compared to my older MC21 version. In addition, when I attempt to purchase, MC24 freezes.
Any suggestions or insight?
Thank you,
Mel

Funny.

I have similar issues (versions 24.0.45, 46 and .47). Analyzing disc takes very long time, maybe minute or longer and if I click with mouse while it analyzes disc, MC crashes. Also cover art search "get from internet" does not give any results other than images I had already embedded in audio files, or cover art images in folder or library.
Edit: 32 bit version

The YADB server is still down. It's related to this issue here: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,117123.msg810255.html

Is the YADB server still down? I noticed that the YABB server is "back in business." I am still having the same problems with ripping CDs. A.K. described the issue very well.
Any more information on this issue?
Thank you.

I believe it is down. I'm sorry.

Please provide an estimated time for repair; am ripping a large number of CDs and need to know. Thanks.
