Hi. I have an exaSound plugin that controls volume of my DAC. JRiver crashed and the plugin was removed (disabled?) from JRiver's list of available plugins. I tried reinstalling but that didn't correct the issue.
Ultimately, I fixed the issue by restoring from a prior JRiver backup.
I'm wondering if there was something else I could have done? I thought that reinstalling would have corrected the problem, but the only resolution was to restore that backup.
Is there a setting in JRiver that prevents a disabled plugin from being re-installed ….
Or were things just hosed up and the only solution was the backup?
Thanks
