Title: Definitive list of which iPod firmware works with MC17?

Hi.  Is there a definitive list of iPod firmware versions which will work with MC17?   At some point certain iPod firmware versions made it impossible for MC to "talk" to the iPod.

This site seems to offer a catalog of iPod firmware

ipod touch and iphone worked before 2.0

anybody know which is the "LAST" ipod to work perfectly without issue with JRiver Media Center?
