Title: Default library backup location not changing with Media Center updates

I had to restore my library yesterday and was alarmed to find there were no backups in the default library folder.  Investigation showed that the folder was still set to the Library Backups folder under Media Center 21, and all the recent backups were in there.  I don't remember having to update this in earlier versions of MC, so is this a bug?
