Title: Tunes repeat in a Smartlist

I have made many a simple smartlist in several versions of MC.  In the past, if I specified "not played in the last X days", after a tune played, I do not remember it repeating during the same session. In MC 18, this happens. Why is that and what do I need to do?

Do you have duplicate tracks in the Library, and the smartlist is picking up each?

You can also add the ~nodups modifier.
