Title: Pono player not listed in ponomusicworld

I want to send my library from pono music world to my pono player but if I select a file and choose send only my disk player is listed.

What do I need to do?

Use Handheld Sync in the lower left corner.

Turns out I was following the instruction video, it says to power up pono player then connect to PC. the pc would see it as a drive but that was it.

When I connected it THEN powered up, PMW finally recognized the player and updated the firmware. Now I can transfer with out an issue.
