For reference, here are the MC15 to ID3 tag mappings I've been able to discover. There may be more, but these were the ones that can be written from the tag action window. Some others may be used by the program. If you have any to add, or other insights, please post!

I was hoping to see the fields Bookmark and Use Bookmark. I'm trying to find out if these will help me with resuming files where I left off. With my Sansa Clip I don't have a problem, but I'm trying to use an Ipod now and I can only get the audiobook to remember where in a track it left of and not where on the whole book (i.e. my audiobooks have hundreds of tracks instead of 1 big file.)
I've searched wiki and different parts of the forum. Can anyone clue me in?

I know there is a bookmark that MC uses for videos. I had to set it to "0" in a tag I belive for MC not to start the Video at the last place it left off.

If you stop playback, MC sets a bookmark. If you press stop a second time, it gets cleared.

Jim is there an option to not set the bookmark???
-
Yep, the MC tag you are looking for is "Use Bookmark" :)
'Default' gives the behavior that Jim described. 'Yes' always enables a bookmark (I believe), and 'No' disables bookmarking for that file.
Use Bookmark isn't an ID3 tag per se, but an MC-specific tag. I also believe it only shows up if 'Media Type' is 'Video'...

Yes that was it. I set this to "No" on my music videos so they would not bookmark.
Thanks Brad....

I warm-up this thread because I would like a better support for my android player:
http://forum.powerampapp.com/index.php?/topic/3023-save-ratingcover-in-file/
And my question is: The rating POPM rating is defined as a value from 0-255. So does this mean that 1 Star=0-51, 2 Stars=52-101, ...?
thx
