Title: Play Doctor does not show Cloudplay tracks if Artist is in my library

Hello,

This previous thread had a user asking the same thing:

Essentially, Play Doctor shows tracks if I search for an artist or something I don't have in my own library, but if I do have it in my own library, it only builds a playlist using random tracks from it. No Cloudplay.

This is despite the option being set to 100% files from Cloudplay. I removed any and all filters from the menu. Cloudplay by itself does work.

A user asked the same question in 2019 and got no answer... has that been fixed somehow?
