Title: Portable Subscription errors and multiple charges

There have been several times when I got the "You do not have the right subscription type to transfer music to your portable player" error message, even though I have been a portable subscriber since the very beginning. I fixed the error with a download of the latest build, but I am wondering how many subscriptions I am being charged for since I did click on the "Change subscription" in an effort to get transferring to portable working again. Needless to say, I only want (or need) one subscription --- portable -- and would appreciate any corrections you may need to do on your end.

I don't know what the problem is.  You have a limit of two players you can use.   You can then add a new one, but you will have to ask us to deauthorize one.  Changing your subscription should not create an additional charge.
