Title: iTunes Video in MC11

Is MC11 capable of playing ITunes Videos ?

or of transferring them to a Video iPod ?

Currently using MC11 11.1.184

On my machine although mV4 shows as a supported file type, if I try to play one I get nothing. If I try adding the files they are rejected.

I can play iTunes audio files mp4  but I can't import these to the library either.

Any ideas on what I'm missing ?

I cannot get MC 11 to import M4V files downloaded from iTunes.

Is there a sticky topic somewhere that deals with HOW TO do this?  If so, where is it?   I have searched all over with no luck.
