Title: Feature request: Network bridge software
Post by: kr4 on February 06, 2022, 06:32:06 pm
Have you given any thought to developing a small package to make a small PC (NUC or similar) into a network bridge device?  It would make direct audio connections to local devices but fed over the network from the main MC device?  There are some proprietary devices on the market but nothing, afaik, that works with MC.

Isn't that what an Id is?  Maybe I don't understand your suggestion.

BTW, the "bridge" name  was taken a while ago:

Yes.  I do recall reading it earlier but I was not looking for something like this at that time.  Now, it's relevant.  Thanks.
