Title: Possible to split single album file into tracks for sync to handheld?

I sync'd over 300gb worth of music to my dap today and noticed that quite a few files threw errors during sync. Upon further investigation I noticed that in the source folder of the file instead of being multiple tracks it's one album file instead of separate tracks. JRiver automatically splits the album into the correct tracks for import and playback but not for sync. Is this possible to have the album remain split while I sync so instead of getting one track that's X long, that contains the entire album, I get each track individually?
