I am wondering if there is any possible way, whether through a plugin directly or using some winamp plugin or something, to load VGM formats.
By VGM formats, I mean directly ripped files from the games that are supported by various VGMPlayers, like the foobar vgm input plugin.
They do not use bitstreamed audio, and are usually sequence or assembly-based, which is why they need a specific plugin or tool to play them.
