Title: Multi Platform JRiver License But Pay for Android Version?

I have a multi-platform license for JRiver.   I would like to download and use JRiver MC on my Android Phone.   But, Google store indicates the cost is $9.99.   

How do I use my license to use JRiver for Android without paying the additional fee?

JRiver for Android is a different product and not covered by the Master License.
