Is it possible to stream in this version? If not, is it available in the newest version?

Actually, with how old MC20 is, YouTube may not work anymore. Reason being, I can't recall if MC20 used the embedded Chromium engine yet or not (and it may not have), but even if it did Google has likely dropped support for older Chromium-based web browsers by now which would be used for the embedded Chromium. In addition, Google has dropped support for Internet Explorer as well. But yeah, if Internet Explorer is the only web browser choice within Media Center 20, it definitely won't work anymore.

Is it working in the latest version of MC?

In Media Center 27, yes (for YouTube) when using the Chromium browser engine, but you can't log into YouTube with a Google account because Google blocks/prevents embedded browsers from logging in.
