Title: Tagging with "Get movie and tv info"
Post by: Pwsampson on June 21, 2020, 06:57:53 am
Right clicking on movie or tv file brings up a menu with Get movie and tv info - this no longer works, but it did work very well,  neither does "get cover from the internet". I have changed no settings and am using Win 10 and Media Centre 26. Any help, please

Update to 26.0.91 as recommended above.

It got fixed in 26.0.87 so you'll have to update if you want it to work again. Basically lookup with TheTVDB, which powered the Get movie and TV info feature, had to be removed when their API access ended so JRiver replaced it with lookup from TheMovieDB instead.

Sorry - I have updated but when I close JRiver then reopen Get Movie info does not work again. Do I have to uninstall then reinstall latest version? I am not overly Technical so appreciate your patience. Peter

Just make sure you're using 26.0.91 and it *should* work again. If it's not working, perhaps TheMovieDB doesn't have any information on what you're trying to use it for? You might check that and see.
