Title: NEW: Alarm Fade-in
Post by: JimH on July 26, 2022, 02:23:56 pm
You may know that you can use MC's Scheduler (under Services and Plug-ins in the tree) to Play a playlist as a wakeup call.

Now you can have the sound fade in so it starts out softly and increases in volume gradually.  I downloaded some Loon calls for my playlist, followed by Matt's Dad yelling, "Hey, you kids, get up!"

This looks handy, but can it be made to PAUSE only the selected task rather than all-or-nothing?

I think it would neat to add this feature to any smartlist, configured as a setting within that smartlist. So the fade in isn't required based on time, but based on simply playing a specific smartlist. Reason: I like to pick certain smartlists to wake up to, after I wake up, and having the fade in for any one of those smartlists would be great.
