Title: pmw 20.0.141 Sync doesn't sync anymore

Sync used to work sometimes but no more, at least not on 200gb cards. pmw wants to copy the files over even if they are already there from a prior session.  Put 10 files to be synced, sync the card. unmounts and remount card, add one file to list. PMW wants to "sync" 11 files, with ten duplicates.
