Hallo zusammen,
Was mache ich falsch?
Für eure Hilfe wäre ich dankbar.

Just sent you a MC 21 license to use on the QNAP until the next QNAP build is published.

Thank you very much :D

Hi bob,
I got your temporary install key and got it through the chrome browser on the QNAP HD station. I downloaded it but then when I went to open it nothing happened. I still was able to open up JRiver but the key can't be installed. Not sure why this should be so difficult and why were not these bugs worked out before it was introduced on QNAP.
I could use some help please.

Could you try typing it in manually by using the
Help->Registration Info
menu item?

How should I type the install key manually, is there a license in the key?
If I enter the Code of the Master License in "Restore License" i get the information "Your license file is for a different product", if
I click for help on "Other methods and more information" nothing happens.
In the "Registration Info" i see only the message "unregistered Version, 18 days left...."
Double click on the temporary install didn't do anything
I've got no idea what i can do

Typing it into "Restore License" is the way to do it. You are doing that on the QNAP with the license key I sent you last week, correct?
