Has this changed in a recent update? I must have missed it if it did, as I don't see it in a recent changelog (I'm using the Windows version 26.0.106, 64 bit). If not, is there a setting somewhere for it? I don't see one in the dialogue.
This was actually a sub-feature I liked a lot, if it changed.

The "Remove Empty Folder" always appears for me when using the RM&C functionality results in an empty Source Folder. Don't forget that if there is anything in the source folder MC can't copy, or has been told not to copy, the source folder will not be empty and so the pop-up will not appear.

Right, I know about it deleting any folder if there's something in it (I've used it for years). For some reason it's stopped for me.
-
Never mind: it's deleting the empty folders but just not asking me. I must have changed a setting to cause this to happen, somewhere.

I'm not sure if that dialogue has an "Always use this answer" type tick box, but if it does and you ticked that at some time the message will no longer be displayed. If you want the warning message back just "Reset all confirmation messages" in Options.

Rod you guessed right - that dialogue/pop-up does have a tick box option to allow the user to tell it to "stop being a nuisance and just delete the empty folders" so it looks like somebody must have accidently clicked in it.

Yes, that must have been what happened. Thanks for responses!
