Title: How to group TV Series apart from concert videos, etc?
Post by: pepar on January 09, 2020, 01:05:31 pm
I have finally had the time to get my media server and clients ready to deploy and am now turning to setting up my library so I have, essentially, complete noob questions.

The initial scan of my media groups TV Series episodes in "Shows" with concert videos, and Blu-ray Audio discs. Is there a way to use a separate Folder for TV series? For that matter, is there a way to classify Blu-ray Audio as "Music?" Group concert videos together separate from both Videos and Music?

Is there a tutorial covering the things I am going to encounter at this step in the process of using MediaCenter?

This is absolutely doable and a great strength of MC.

Its all done through Views and View schemes, have a read of the Wiki and let us know if you have any further queries.
