Title: Options window size
Post by: ataddeo on March 19, 2018, 02:55:17 am
A couple of months ago the options window got big and I can't adjust its size.  The green button is not set to fill screen.  The orange button is grayed out so I can't reach the bottom of the window.  To close options I click the red button on the top left and a small window opens and ask if I want to save settings.

I hope this problem is easier to correct than the problem with the database filling in fields with data that hasn't been around in months.

Has anybody discovered how to correct this large window issue?  I have to log to options often and I can't see the bottom of the window to press the OK button, so I click on the little red close button on the top left.  Thank goodness a window opens asking me to save my settings.

Also, when I start MC 23 v23.0.103 high Sierra I have to to options and select my audio device. There has to be a way for MC to remember what audio DAC I have chosen?

Where would MC be storing music file information like artist / title in addition to my two HDD of audio?  I make changes or erase the audio files but MC keeps restoring the old data.

Under the View Menu, try Size and Retina Mode.

In MC options, try Tree & View > Fonts.

Size is set to 100% and Retina mode is checked.

What font vsize is MC23 designed to use?  I have never seen a Mac window where the orange dot is grayed out.  I also noticed the very large window will not allow me to reduce it's size by dragging the edges.  It only allows me to make it bigger.
