Title: [Feature Request] JRSidecar.xml location

A simple request for 23 :
Not to put the JRSidecar.xml files in the same directory as video files.

The entire point of the sidecar files is to store them next to the videos, so if your library somehow gets corrupted/lost, you can just import the data from the sidecars again. If the sidecars were any other place, Media Center would not find them again, and not be able to import the data from them.

If you don't want them at all, you can turn them off as well. They serve no purpose other then backing up tags for the videos (or perhaps allowing other tools to read the tags, but i'm not sure if any do), all the data is in the library itself as well.

I'll use the backup/restore library tools (WIKI here (https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Library_Backup)).
