Title: DXVA support for AMD video cards

Hello,

I hope that DXVA will be turned on for AMD cards in version 23 as currently version 22 is unusable to play 4K video since DXVA is not supported.

I guess many people out there with AMD cards suffer from the same; please add a checkbox so users could enable/disable DXVA.

We're planning to enable this, however one has to note that DXVA on AMD can be notoriously unstable and highly depends on your driver version to get a decent result, so it should be used with care.

I am looking forward to it very much since currently I cannot use JRiver to play 4K movies properly
