Title: License not applied successfully on MC28.104 [Solved]
Post by: Yareck80 on January 26, 2022, 11:41:43 am
I tried to uninstall both MC27 and MC28. I also tried to restore the license using restore window on the splash screen. Also tried using .mjr file. There is an information that license is successfully applied, but MC still locks on trial ended splash screen no matter what I do :(

Had you already uninstalled MC27?   MC28 must be installed.

Yes, I did both.
1. Uninstalled MC28 when MC27 still there.
2. Installed MC28 back.
3. Uninstalled MC27
4. Uninstalled MC28 and installed it back.
Still trial ended popup window appears.
Maybe it would be a hint I used extended trial period.
I am on Monterey MacBook Air M1.

Looks like a issue on our end.
Please download version 28.0.105 and retry.
Thanks!
