I know JRiver has .ogg container support, which would make Opus support trivial to implement if I am assuming this correctly. JRiver currently supports Opus playback, but no metadata support for the longest time now. Such a great format that's been out for a while now (best lossy in my view), but for some reason not supported properly in JRiver.
Also was wondering about if something like 96dB/octave was possible within a PEQ? I have no idea how computationally expensive something like this is, or if it's even possible for JRiver to support this granularity of sloping?
I use JRiver exclusively in audio mode, and would upgrade instantly knowing these two things are possible for the next version somtime in the future. Seeing as how the only audio update seems to be CRC checksums I'm left on the fence with current V28 upcoming update.

Just a bump hoping for a yay or nay from devs :-\

You can create filters with such a slope today by stacking multiple filters.

You're right, it works cascading filters. Pretty neat. Now all that's left is that Opus support :)

We're planning to bring full Opus support to MC28 soon!

For me, this right here is worth the price of the upgrade!

Yep that's an upgrade from me alright. Can't tell you how thrilled I am it's finally coming.
