Title: Tagging singles, maxi-singles, 12", EPs, etc.

Hi,
Could someone tell me how to tag audio files in relation to format types like "singles", "maxi-singles", "12"s", "LPs", "EPs", etc.? Do I have to include these in <Album> tag, or is there another tag field that is used for this reason? And if there is another tag field, where do i insert the name then? Example is:
Artist: ALL GOOD FUNK ALLIANCE
Format type:EP
Name: Hush puppies EP

That type of info sounds like part of the album name to me.  Ferday or another big collector might have another opinion.

Thanks Brian. It seems that people use custom fields or <Description> tag to collect this type of info. Nevertheless, it is rather strange that there is no dedicated field to this type of common info! Except, if I am wrong...
