Title: removing duplicates and unsupported file types
Post by: jrobbins on November 20, 2014, 04:02:04 pm
Hi crew.  This one is a question about the jriver20 version that is the Pono Music software.  As you can see on the attached photo, I have a group of duplicate songs and playlists of a type not supported that appear in the sync list.  If I delete them on this screen, I do not get the dialog box asking if they should come off the music library.  It's just a simple "Are you sure you want to delete the selected 25 tracks?"  So, I say yes and I get the message "Some of the files removed from the queue were there because of the sync settings.  Please re-check the settings."  Hitting ok removes the offending items, but they reappear when re-syncing.

Under sync options, I am syncing all audio and all playlists.  Album artwork box is checked.  Nothing else.

The offending items don't appear in the music library, so I can't delete them there.  How do I do this?

Thanks for the help. JCR

You might try syncing just by playlist.
