Title: TV card

i have a Smart tv sterio 2 card from Hercules.
The problem i have is that the sound is great but the picture is not correct its always flikkering.
Cant se whit MC only hear it
Wahts wrong ??
PC is athlon 2000XP
with 1Gb ram and 3 hard disk
Windows XP operation
Soundcart is creative live 5.1
and the tv card from Hercules

PAL vs NTSC?  Card is for the wrong TV format?

nope its pal
i work with powercyberlink and it works fine
but im trying it in mc and only souind no display

powervcr 2 use that for playing and recording
it works fine but when i trying whit mc great sound but no display

Did you set it up in MC to receive the correct format?

Did you select your country from a list when you initially ran Media Center TV with it?

its on pal
the divice is correct in the mc config

i have direct x 9c (with windows sp2 pack)
is there somting thats not correctly instald ?
testing but stil display is not working correct.
Latest driver instald from Hercules,
the region is Belgium and is set on PAL_B
Al works fine with Powervcr.
But i love the mc , specialy for my collection of music and smal video's.
Now i trying to set my tv also on mc , wont work  >:(

Try this:

TV Options->Advanced Properties tab. Double-click "Video Preview Pin...". In the resulting dialog window, select proper Color Space setting (YUY is the most likely correct setting), and video size.

nope
wont work
stupid vidio card
dit a update from cyberlink for vcr and the dam thing diddent work enymore
Have to reinstall old drivers and it works fine.
So no problems
stop this topic (stupid card is the problem)
wont try it with MC til i have a haupage card ;D
more help with that one ;D

It seems that the card is based on BT878 chipset. There is an excellent third-party universal driver that you may want to try.
