Hello, I have moved 200gb of files to a new bigger hard drive via 'Drives and Devices' which took an age, now Media jukebox can not find them on the new drive. the library thumbnails still point to the old drive.
What to do now please ?
I will leave my pc on until I have got this sorted out, thanks.

"You can use MC's My Computer (found in the tree under Drives and Devices) to drag whole folders to a new location. MC will update its library to reflect the changes."
Thanks, I did read that before going ahead and did a test, but now I have moved many files the paths do not update. also F5 to refresh does not solve the problem.

If you previously moved the files _outside_ MC, doing it again inside MC won't help.
You may just need to do a find and replace on the drive letter. Same link in our wiki.

Did not move anything outside of the player, but it still won't pick them up. In view of there being so many files to 'find and replace', perhaps it might be an idea to delete the library and reimport the lot afresh ??

If you moved the files to another drive and the files still has the same directory structure I would do what Jim suggested. Select all the files and do a find and replace.
Example:
old location:
C:\Music\Artist\Album\Song.mp3
new location:
D:\Music\Artist\Album\Song.mp3
You would
FIND C:\
REPLACE D:\
Even if it was altered slightly find and replace might work
Example:
Old location:
C:\Documents and Settings\John\My Documents\My Music\Artist\Album\Song.mp3
New location:
D:\Music\Artist\Album\Song.mp3
You would
FIND C:\Documents and Settings\John\My Documents\My Music\
REPLACE D:\Music\
