Title: MC 19 for Mac is not accepting license

Hi, I purchased MC18 on 13Aug13.  Supposedly the licenses after 01Jul13 were supposed to work for both MC18 and MC19.  Unfortunately, I tried that on MC19 and it did not work.  Can you help me out please?

Please note that MC is licensed separately for Windows and Mac.  When you bought it, did you buy the Mac version or the Windows version?

Hi, I need assistance for my license. I bought my MC18 license and saw the notice that it should work with Mac. However, although it says licence successfully activated, the program still starts up with the eval window prompt for Restore License. If you check my account, I have MC licenses from 14-19 now.

A Windows license will not work on Mac and vice versa.  It is a separate license.
