Title: JRemote - can I hide volume control and ratings/repeat/shuffle?
Post by: ogs on April 21, 2015, 08:01:58 am
Hi, sorry if this has been discussed before. I bought JRemote for Android today and I am thrilled to finally use my favourite MC remote control on my Samsung Note 3.
Is it possible to hide the volume control and the section with ratings & repeat/shuffle? I never use any of this. My amp has volume control via it's remote and I normally play whole albums/works. Cover art is not displayed full width when I use the phone upright (it is in Gizmo) so hiding the two sections would free some screen space.

There are currently no plans to allow customization of the playing now screen, but I cannot rule it out for the future.

Thanks for the quick response Hendrik. I realise there are more important stuff to fix in JRemote at present than tweaking the look of Now Playing. Hoping for the future then...

I would be especially pleased to be able to hide the volume bar, as the current bar doesn't interact well when volume protection is enabled.
