Sorry, I was playing with my Win10 installation, and tried many times using "Restore License" in a short period of the time, instead of the "Install Key" you sent to my email! Hence I ran out!
Please reset, I will be doing the right thing in the future.

Have not gotten any response! I am new to the forum, so if anybody can kindly tell me where I should go to ask for a remedy? I did read it somewhere that I can post on the forum for a reset, although I am not certain that is the right thing to do.
