Hello,
Today help/F1 from JRiver give this message :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/redirects/MC/v19/redirect.pl on this server.


Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) Server at www.musicex.com Port 80

There is a problem with the redirects on that server currently, which impacts some of the "online" related functionality of MC (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=88476.msg606653#msg606653).  This is related to the work done on JRiver's main web server this morning (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=88469.0).  They are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.

Please Note: The Access Key system is not impacted currently, I believe.
