Title: Running MJ 12 and 14

Is it ok to install MJ 14 and still keep MJ 12?

I had many MC14 "performance problems" discussed in a thread under that title; I recommend going directly to 15 Beta, which performs much like MC12.  I frequently run 2 or 3 MCs (12 and 15) and always 1 MJ. I also have 5-year old hardware...  And my primary library has about 280,000 tunes.

You can safely have MJ12 and MJ14 installed. The program files, application data locations and Windows registry entries are separate.

However, it might be better to not run them at the same time unless you know exactly what you are doing.
