Following on from an earlier conversation about missing audible cover art, I deleted all my audio books and I have just finished redownloading them. About 90% of them are still missing cover art. They all have images on the website, so i would imagine that those images would be embedded in the files too (just speculating of course). Is this a MC issue, or something to do with the audible site? How can i check? Is it worth emailing audible?
Thanks

park,
Can you list an example of a book or magazine that doesn't have art (preferrably an inexpensive one).

Hi swellguy,
Thanks for the response. Here are a few titles that dont show art:
alice in wonderland
the hero with a thousand faces
monkey
down and out in paris and london
kafka on the beach
They have all shown cover art in the past, but since moving to mc12 it has failed to show up, even after deleting the book and redownloading it from audible.
Thanks,
Bri

I can't reproduce this. I tested "The Hero with a Thousand Faces", downloading formats 1, 2, 3 & 4 and all files provided the artwork successfully/correctly.
Can you start a new session, clear logging, turn on logging of all events, download a file that doesn't have cover art and send me (rick at jriver) the log?

Ok will do. It'll probably be a few days till I have time to do so though.

Hi there,
Using build .177 and "Update file info from tags" I am now able to get thumbnails for all bar 3 of my audible audio books. Thanks a lot.

Yeah I'm having this problem as well with audible, for instance harry potter book 1 isn't showing for me I have tried clearing cache, re-downloading the book, restarting device, forcing the app to stop nothing works. Anyone got any suggestions?
